Voice of Experience Forum held the above health information event in St Brides Hall, Motherwell on 27th August 2025. 79 people attended the event and the feedback has been resoundingly positive.
Speakers at the event included NHS Long Term Conditions who informed attendees of their Lifestyle Management Course and Monklands Engagement Forum who provided updates on the new Monklands Hospital along with how people can engage and inform decisions being made.
Active NL provided a wonderful easy movement class which everyone thouroughly enjoyed and VoEF gave a presentation on the work it has carried out during 2024-25.
Attendees also contributed to the University Health & Social Care NL consultation on ‘What Matters to You?’.
Information Stalls were provided by Community Liaison Team, North Lanarkshire Disability Forum, Befriend Motherwell, CAB Motherwell, NLC Assisted Tech Team, Active NL and NHS Long Term Conditions.
